How to Get: NBI Clearance

Before heading out to get your copy of your NBI clearance, make sure to bring two (2) of the following ID’s or identification cards:


TIN ID                                                School ID

PhilHealth ID                                     PRC License

Authenticated Birth Certificate          Voter’s ID

SSS ID                                              Alien Certificate of Registration

Postal ID                                           Senior Citizen ID

GSIS UMID                                       Previous Copy of your NBI Clearance

Valid Passport                                  Driver’s License


Secure P115.00 as payment for your NBI clearance for local employment. 



After having two (2) of the above mentioned identification documents, make sure to bring your own ballpen for filling out the application form. The following steps will then be done:

Step 1:

Present the filled out application form and your two (2) valid documents to the Data Check Counter.

Step 2:

Pay the corresponding fee at their Payment Counter.

Step 3:

Proceed to the Encoding Counter where you will be asked to check the correctness of the data. After verifying your data, your image will be taken, followed by the Biometric.

Step 4:

Your NBI clearance certificate will be printed immediately if you do not have a namesake, or a person of interests who has a similar name with you. 

Step 5:

You will be asked to proceed to the Printing Counter to get your printed copy.

Note:

Those who have namesakes will be asked to proceed to the Printing Counter and will be given a schedule on when the clearance will be released.
